CricTracker, a leading cricket media company, is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team. As the COO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the operational excellence and overall growth of the organization. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations of CricTracker, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement business strategies, goals, and objectives that align with the company's vision.
- Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness by optimizing processes, workflows, and resource allocation.
- Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate organizational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure individual and team growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.
- Identify potential risks and develop risk management strategies to ensure business continuity and mitigate potential disruptions.
- Drive innovation and contribute to the development and execution of new business initiatives and expansion plans.
- Represent CricTracker at industry events, conferences, and meetings, promoting the company's brand and building strategic partnerships.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally as a COO or similar, within the sports or media industry.
- Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset, with a track record of driving operational excellence and delivering results.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the sports industry and a passion for cricket is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- 5+ years of experience
