Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Chief Operating Officer at KK Group of Companies. The Chief Operating Officer will oversee the company's day-to-day administrative and operational functions. The role involves developing and implementing business strategies, managing daily business operations, collaborating with senior management and other employees, ensuring financial efficiency, and driving the company towards achievement of objectives. The role is hybrid, based in Bengaluru, with some flexibility for work from home.

Qualifications

Business Planning and Operations Management skills

Strong Analytical Skills and Financial acumen

Budgeting and financial planning skills

Excellent leadership and decision-making skills

Ability to work collaboratively and independently

Proven experience in a senior management role is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
