**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused **After Sales CRM Executive** to ensure exceptional post-sales support and enhance customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, addressing queries, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for after-sales customer inquiries and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Technical teams) for smooth after-sales processes.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding project status, documentation, and handovers.
- Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements in after-sales services.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of all customer queries.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in after-sales service, customer relationship management, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
- A customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach.
