The Content Creator with focus on creation and delivery of Aftersales Training content to include eLearning and digital content creation. This person will work directly for the Senior Manager, Aftersales Training Information and Content Development at the Digital Capability Center for Training content creation for the Aftersales Training organisation within Customer Support. The main tasks will be to create Training content using various creation tools such as Microsoft Powerpoint, Articulate, Storyline and any future tools the company may invets in for future development.

The role will primarily but not be limited to Technical Training content for all AGCO Products for Global delivery as part of the Aftersales Training stratergy.

**Your Impact**
- Develop and create Aftersales Training content for various delivery technics to include but not limited too, eLearning, virtual instructor led and instructor led material.
- Following the Digital Learning strategy set by the Aftersales Training Information & Content Development team support with the creation of eLearning for the delivery of Technical information to all Global markets as part of the Global Curriculum.
- Working with all Technical content developers within the team to support with various creation tools and templates in order to assist creation of all training material.
- Support with all translation projects for all training content.
- Work with the Digital team on best practices for Digital learning pathways in order to find consistent delivery of content.
- To work on when requested any future training projects that will enhance the delivery experience to our dealer partners and customers.
- Problem Solving - Various authoring processes that vary by factory and system across the enterprise.

**Your Experience and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master's Degree in business, engineering, education or IT. (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Minimum relevant 6+yrs of experience
- Training Content development experience or qualifications
- Experience or qualifications in the use of elearning/digital learning creation tools e.g. Articulate
- Experience or previous knowledge of Learning Management systems e.g. SAP Success factors or other
- Formal technical training certification or equivalent experience
- Relevant experience in Ag equipment, Auto component, Auto OEM, experience of working across different cultures.
- Proficient Microsoft systems
