**Role Description**

We’re looking for a sharp, design-savvy creative who lives and breathes Instagram, loves crafting visuals, and knows how to turn fast-moving trends into bold, engaging content.

As a **Social Media Post Designer & Video Editor**, you’ll be responsible for creating standout static and motion content—from scroll-stopping posts to dynamic reels—that capture attention and elevate the brands we work with.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Design high-quality, on-brand social media creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Edit and produce engaging reels and short-form video content.
- Stay up to date with design trends, sports content styles, and emerging formats on social platforms.
- Work closely with content and marketing teams to turn ideas into visuals quickly and effectively.
- Adapt to shifting client needs and project styles while maintaining consistency and creativity.
- Take full ownership of design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of Instagram trends, aesthetics, and platform dynamics.
- A portfolio that shows clean, bold design and smart social storytelling.
- Love for sports and a strong visual sense of how to connect with fans.
- Ability to multitask, think fast, and shift gears across multiple projects.
- Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, typography and basic animation.

**Salary**: Competitive and in line with market standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
