**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Content Creation:

- Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas for social media campaigns, promotions, and giveaways.
- Capture and edit photos, videos, and graphics to enhance our social media posts and stories.

2. Community Engagement:

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across our social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with our online community by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content from followers and industry influencers.
- Identify trends and opportunities to increase engagement and reach on social media through hashtags, trending topics, and user-generated content.

3. Social Media Management:

- Monitor the performance of social media campaigns and content using analytics tools, and provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize our social media strategy and performance.

4. Content Calendar Coordination:

- Help maintain an organized content calendar for our social media channels, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating posts and campaigns.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure alignment between social media content and overall marketing initiatives and events.

5. Brand Ambassadorship:

- Represent our brand positively and authentically on social media by embodying our values and voice in all interactions and content.
- Act as a brand ambassador by promoting our products, services, and values to your social media followers and network.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in photography, videography, and graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take initiative in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

**Duration and Compensation**:

- This is a 3-month internship position, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
- The internship is paid and may offer opportunities for academic credit, as permitted by your educational institution.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
