As a Social Media Intern, you will play a crucial role in amplifying our brand presence across various social platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and shareable social media content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Be actively involved in the production of videos, including on-screen appearances, interviews, and discussions related to CASA's projects, construction processes, and industry trends.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote CASA's values and achievements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media content aligns with overall brand messaging.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement.
- Participate in the planning and execution of live events and webinars on social media platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Enrolled in a relevant program such as Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Strong social media presence and understanding of various platforms.
- Comfortable being on camera and presenting on various topics related to CASA's projects and mission.
- Proficiency in video content creation, editing tools, and social media management tools.
- Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas to social media campaigns.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Duration**:
3-6 months Internship (Can be converted to full time basis performance).**Stipend**:INR 15K per month (10k fixed + 5k performance bonus)
