**About the Role**

As a **Social Media Executive**, you will be responsible for managing our social media channels, creating engaging campaigns, and building meaningful connections with our audience. You’ll work closely with the content and marketing teams to optimize posts, track performance, and ensure our brand stays relevant in the ever-evolving digital landscape. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay updated with the latest social media trends to drive impactful results.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, execute, and monitor social media campaigns with defined KPIs.
- Create, schedule, and update engaging content across various social media platforms.
- Interact with followers to foster engagement and promptly resolve customer queries.
- Utilize tools like Hootsuite or similar to manage and streamline social media activities.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends and incorporate them into strategies.
- Collaborate with influencers to enhance brand visibility and audience reach.
- Optimize content provided by the content development team for maximum impact.
- Regularly analyze performance metrics and provide insights to stakeholders and senior management.

**Qualifications**
- Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Digital Marketing or a relevant field
- Professional work experience as a social media executive
- Content management experience Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

Bachelor/master's degree plus digital marketing course

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
