Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Social Media Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and engage with our audience. You will manage our company’s social media profiles, create content, track performance, and ensure our messaging is consistent with the brand’s voice and values.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Create and curate engaging content (text, images, video) tailored to each social media platform.

Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.

Analyze social media metrics and create reports on performance to track growth and engagement.

Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build a community online.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.

Maintain brand voice and consistency across all posts and communications.

Qualifications:
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with an eye for design and content creation.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
