**Job Title: F&B Operations Executive**
**Brand**: QUQU Café

**Salary Range**: ₹ 50,000 to ₹ 60,000 per month
**Reports To**: Directors

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily café and restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and procurement teams for seamless workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels, vendor relationships, and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Assist in training and supervision of staff to maintain service and hygiene standards.
- Review daily sales and operational reports; assist management with data-driven insights.
- Support new outlet setups, audits, and compliance with FSSAI and local regulations.
- Manage cost control, wastage, and operational budgets.
- Work closely with marketing teams for promotions and events.
- Ensure all operational SOPs are followed and updated periodically.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in F&B operations (café or restaurant experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and lead a team effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
