Job Responsibility

*Establish productive professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Builds and services a strong, extensive network of Architects, Interior Designers, Builders and Developers.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
- Involves in product consultation, specifications, pricing, negotiation and deal closure with the customers.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Assists the Sales Head in planning and implanting Sales and Marketing Plans.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on and ongoing basis.
- Develop and maintain sales and allied reports as required for management decision making and review.
- Achieves assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts.
- Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
- Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company’s standards.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in Key Sales, or Business Development within relevant industries (e.g., construction, real estate, interior design, etc.).
- Strong network and relationships with key stakeholders such as Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Developers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Yearly bonus

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
