
Junior Sales Executive

**JOB OBJECTIVE**:
The job role will be to focus on developing industry expertise and a strong understanding of the lighting sector to drive revenue growth within the project sales space. The role will be key in supporting the execution of strategic sales initiatives, expanding market reach, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Architects, Interior Designers, Project Management Companies (PMCs), MEP consultants, Electrical Consultants, Developers, Project Dealers, and Lighting Consultants. The Project Sales Executive will collaborate closely with the sales and operational teams to contribute to optimizing sales processes and enhancing profitability, while also ensuring customer satisfaction through effective solutions and communication.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- **STRATEGIC**:
- Contribute in developing Business Strategy by analysing market trends, competitor activities, growth opportunities and customer feedback
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands
- **OPERATIONAL**:
- For Exhibitions / Events, collate the database based on participants, follow up on the prospective leads and analyse the conversion rates for effective value creation out of Marketing spends
- Handle walk-in customers, addressing their inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
- Responding to the leads (from all sources) on timely basis and ensure optimum conversion
- Jointly monitor with Manager Project Sales, the Targets of the Project Sales Vertical and recommend / execute proactive steps for achievement of the same
- Actively promote sales of slow and Non Moving inventory
- Assist and execute on a case to case basis in preparing / presenting quotations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and timely delivery.
- Conduct site visits and manage product sampling for clients.
- Contribute in creating Database (through pictures / videos / writeups) for super premium projects
- Contribute in creating Database for Architects / Interior Designers / PMC / MEP / Electrical Consultants / Developers, Project Dealers and Lighting Consultants and Electricians
- Ensure brand representation through professional attire and Conduct while dealing with AIDC - Architects, Interior Designers and Consultants
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,640.61 per month
