**Job Summary**:
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Operational Control**:

- Operate, monitor, and maintain PLCs, HMIs, and related control systems within the production line.
- Execute start-up, shutdown, and regular operational checks on machinery and control equipment.
- **Programming and Configuration**:

- Assist in PLC programming and HMI configuration to optimize production processes.
- Conduct system troubleshooting and minor modifications to control programs as needed to enhance efficiency.
- **System Monitoring and Maintenance**:

- Perform daily inspections and checks on control systems, identifying and reporting potential issues or irregularities.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on automation equipment to reduce downtime and increase operational efficiency.
- **Quality and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure operations are performed in compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Follow protocols for safe handling and operation of electrical and automated equipment.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of operations, including equipment logs, maintenance actions, and troubleshooting notes.
- Provide reports to supervisors on equipment status and any actions taken to resolve operational issues.
- **Collaboration and Support**:

- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to maintain seamless plant operations.
- Support engineers and supervisors with tasks as needed, ensuring production targets are met.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Electrical, Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in PLC programming and HMI configuration.
- Familiarity with control systems and communication protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- **Certifications**: Optional certifications in PLC or HMI programming are preferred but not required.

**Experience**: 2-4 years experience
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
