**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Check-In/Check-Out**: Efficiently check guests in and out of the resort, ensuring all details are accurate and guests are welcomed with exceptional service.
- **Reservations**: Manage guest reservations, including making new bookings, modifications, and cancellations as needed.
- **Guest Relations**: Address guest concerns or requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive guest experience throughout their stay.
- **Communication**: Serve as a liaison between guests and other resort departments (housekeeping, maintenance, dining, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
- **Information Provider**: Provide guests with information about resort amenities, local attractions, and services available on-site.
- **Billing and Payment**: Process guest payments, review invoices, and ensure proper documentation of charges.
- **Upselling**: Promote resort services and amenities (e.g., spa, tours, dining, etc.) to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
- **Problem-Solving**: Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism, aiming for swift resolutions that meet guest expectations.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of guest information, preferences, and requests in the resort's management system.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other resort departments to ensure that guest requests are met promptly and efficiently.
- **Safety & Security**: Ensure guest safety and follow all resort safety protocols, including reporting any suspicious activities or incidents.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in a hotel or resort environment. Front office experience is preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of resort operations and services.
- Proficiency with hotel management software and reservation systems (e.g., Opera, HMS).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
