Telle-caller (WFH)

location:chennai
- Place outbound calls to potential customers using provided scripts.
- Introduce products or services to potential customers and explain their features and benefits.
- Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services by highlighting their advantages.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into a computer system.
- Record details of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up on initial contacts to gather additional information or to close sales.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about products or services offered by the company.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets.
- Handle customer objections and complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Good listening skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
