About the Company: NoBrokerHood is a smart visitor, society, and accounting management system designed to make life more convenient and secure for residents of housing societies and townships. We help manage all residential complex needs such as visitor entry, complaint management, amenities booking, payments, billing, accounting, and more — all in one seamless platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a single point of contact for onboarded apartment owners through inbound/outbound calling.
  • Provide post-sales support and handle client escalations promptly.
  • Educate clients on new plans, features, and offers introduced by
  • Drive upselling and farming opportunities by promoting better plans and additional benefits.
  • Ensure renewals of client subscriptions to maintain long-term relationships.
  • Contribute to revenue growth by leveraging client referrals and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor client accounts and provide timely updates to the internal team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (Hindi, Gujarati, English, Tamil preferred).
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle client queries effectively.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
