**Shifts: Depending upon the process (US/NZ/Australian)**
**Off Days**: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed Week Off)
**Salary Package: Upto 35,000/- IN HAND**

**Responsibilities**:
- Resolve issues promptly and professionally across all channels.
- Document all interactions accurately in the system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
- Meet performance metrics like response time and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Provide a positive customer experience with every interaction.
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in the Customer Support role.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a strong command of English.
- Previous BPO, ex-comms, or international voice experience is preferred.
**Interview Process**:
HR Round: Initial screening and discussion of the role and benefits.
VNA Round: Understanding your English Communications and your thought process.
Ops Interview: Assessing your process knowledge and ability to handle calls.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
