**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right methods and tools.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution.
- Follow up to ensure resolution and provide outstanding customer service.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience with all customers.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service quality and response times.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and continuously strive for excellence in customer service.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
- 0-1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
