**Responsibilities**:

- Buyer Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned
buyers, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries, orders, and
concerns.
- Order Coordination: Manage the end-to-end process of order fulfillment, including
order tracking, delivery, and ensuring timely resolution of any order-related issues.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments for each buyer,
identifying their requirements and preferences.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to
inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing any issues to ensure overall
customer satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong and lasting relationships with our buyers,
demonstrating a genuine interest in their success, and proactively identifying
opportunities to enhance their experience.
- Feedback Collection: Actively seek buyer’s feedback, suggestions, and complaints
to gain insights into their experiences and make improvements to our services.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date buyer records, order details,
and interactions in our internal system, ensuring information is readily available for
future reference and analysis.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as business, logistics and
operations to streamline processes, resolve buyer issues, and contribute to overall
customer success.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a buyer-focused or
account management position
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging customer
situations with diplomacy and empathy
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Sales acumen and a customer-centric approach
- Knowledge of the industry and products offered is a plus

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
