We are hiring a **Collection Telecaller** to join our team in Pune. If you have experience in collections or customer handling, we’d love to hear from you

**Location**: Pune

**Job Type**: Full-Time | Immediate Hiring

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment issues.
- Negotiate payment plans and follow up on commitments.
- Update customer information and payment status in the system.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly collection targets.

**Skills Required**:

- Advanced Excel skills
- Very good communication skills in Marathi & Hindi
- Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic English proficiency required
