**Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore**
**Shift: Day Shift**
**Working Days: 6 Days (Monday Week Off)**
**CTC: Depends on Experience**

**Experience Required: 4+ Years (Real Estate Sales and Sales Training)**

**Job Overview**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Training Development**: Create and implement training programs focused on sales techniques and customer engagement.
- **Conduct Training Sessions**:Facilitate engaging workshops and coaching for new and existing sales staff.
- **Performance Assessment**: Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust content based on feedback.
- **Sales Strategy Collaboration**: Work with sales leadership to align training with business goals.
- Mentorship: Provide ongoing support to sales representatives, fostering continuous learning.
- Resource Creation: Develop training materials, including presentations and e-learning modules.
- Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends to ensure relevant training content.
- Reporting: Track and report on training outcomes and sales performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in real estate sales (channel partner or developer side).
- Previous sales training experience.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Proficient in training software and tools (e.g., LMS platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
