- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing sales team members.
- Develop engaging training materials, such as presentations, workbooks, and e-learning modules.
- Conduct role-playing exercises and simulations to enhance sales techniques.
- Assess training needs by gathering feedback from the sales team and analyzing performance metrics.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into training programs.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating environment that encourages personal and professional growth.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role within a sales environment.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging training materials and tailor them to diverse learning styles.
- Experience with performance metrics and the ability to analyze data to inform training strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
