**Role Overview**:
**The Sales Trainer will play a key role in designing, conducting, and evaluating sales training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our sales team. As an on-site role, the trainer will work closely with team members, providing hands-on guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver customized sales training modules that address team needs.
- Conduct interactive workshops, role-plays, and coaching sessions to build confidence and skill sets.
- Analyze team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to align training programs with business goals and strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest sales trends and techniques to ensure training relevance.
- Create a motivating and engaging learning environment.
- Monitor post-training performance and provide actionable feedback for sustained growth.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales training or a sales leadership role.
- Strong grasp of sales methodologies, tools, and performance metrics.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and coach teams toward achieving targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
