**Position Summary: (Females only) / Age between (25-35)**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer cum Quality Analyst for our all-female sales team of CRM (Client Relationship Managers) to join our team. She will lead our activity-based training program to enhance the skills, Knowledge, attitude and performance of our existing and new CRMs. This crucial role is to ensure our sales professionals are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to excel in the competitive real estate market.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Design and Develop Activity based training materials, manuals, and presentations tailored as per current trends in the real estate Sector.

Conduct interactive training sessions and workshops for new and existing CRM sales team with modern technical tools and training methods, including role play exercises.

Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.

Listening to the call recordings of the sales team and providing constructive feedback for improvement.

Prepare performance scorecards and provide recommendations for improvement.

Work closely with the management to identify training needs and priorities.

Maintaining records of training activities and progress.

**Qualifications**:
2 Years of experience as Sales Trainer.

Master's / bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, for international calls.

Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.

Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of sales professionals.

Proficiency in using training tools, CRM software and presentation software.

Ability of contextualization kinesthetic learning styles and needs.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
