Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Trainer to lead and strengthen our sales team across all verticals. This role is essential in developing a high-performing sales force capable of meeting ambitious business goals. The Sales Trainer will focus on training and mentoring the team in sales processes, conducting regular mock calls, and ensuring consistent achievement of targets through strategic hiring, skill development, and performance coaching.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Training & Development: Design and deliver effective sales training programs that cover all aspects of the sales process, service knowledge, and best practices. Regularly update training content to align with industry trends and company objectives.

Sales Team Leadership: Guide and support the sales team across all verticals by setting performance goals, providing regular feedback, and ensuring accountability in meeting sales targets.

Hiring & Team Expansion: Collaborate with the HR and recruitment teams to identify and onboard top talent for the sales division, ensuring the team is well-staffed and equipped to meet growth targets.

Mock Calls & Performance Evaluation: Conduct routine mock calls, role-playing exercises, and performance reviews to evaluate team members’ skills, address challenges, and foster continuous improvement.

Goal Setting & Performance Monitoring: Set realistic but challenging sales goals in line with business objectives. Track team and individual performance, addressing any gaps and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Sales Strategy Support: Partner with leadership to align sales strategies with overall business goals and actively contribute to the creation and execution of sales initiatives that drive revenue.

Team Building & Motivation: Cultivate a positive, goal-oriented sales environment that encourages collaboration, growth, and individual development.

Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years in sales training, team leadership, or a sales management role, with a proven track record of developing successful sales teams.

Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse sales team.

Coaching & Mentoring Abilities: Proven ability to coach, mentor, and guide team members, fostering a supportive learning environment.

Analytical Mindset: Proficient in performance tracking, using data to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions.

Tech Proficiency: Familiar with CRM systems, sales software, and e-learning platforms.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot challenges faced by sales representatives, providing effective solutions and guidance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
