Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Sales Trainer located in Bengaluru South. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for delivering training programs, developing training materials, evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions, and mentoring sales teams. Daily tasks will involve coordinating with the sales management team, identifying training needs, and implementing best practices to enhance sales performance. The role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure training aligns with company goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Training and Coaching
- Knowledge of Training Program Development and Evaluation
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
- Proficiency in Using Training Tools and Software
- Strong Interpersonal and Mentoring Skills
- Ability to Work On-site in Bengaluru South
- Experience in the EdTech or Corporate Training Industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field
