We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team and play a pivotal role in building long-lasting client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Onboarding & Support**: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal setup of our services.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and point of contact.
- **Product Expertise**: Develop a thorough understanding of our services and products, and provide expert guidance to clients.
- **Proactive Engagement**: Regularly reach out to clients to review their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and help them achieve their goals.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product Development) to advocate for client needs and enhance the customer experience.
- **Data & Reporting**: Track and analyze client success metrics, and prepare reports to measure client satisfaction and retention.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
