Do you have a passion for fashion and a flair for helping people? We’re looking for a **Customer Success Associate** to join our fast-growing fashion e-commerce team If you love keeping customers happy and want to be part of a stylish, energetic brand, we’d love to meet you.

**What You'll Do**:

- Assist customers with their orders, sizing, returns, and general inquiries
- Deliver exceptional post-purchase experiences that drive loyalty
- Work closely with our sales, operations, and warehouse teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Provide product insights and gather customer feedback to help us improve

**What We're Looking For**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-first mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Enthusiasm for fashion and online shopping
- Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Odoo, or Freshdesk is a bonus (but not required)
- Freshers are welcome—training will be provided
- Proficient in MS Office and Documentation.
- Maintaining Reports / Records. Generating Invoices, etc.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Performance bonus
