We are looking for female collections executive, will be responsible for managing the collections process of a company. Their job is to ensure that outstanding debts owed by customers or clients are collected in a timely manner while maintaining good customer relations. The job profile of a collections executive typically includes the following:
1. Managing collections: A collections executive is responsible for managing the collections process, which includes tracking and following up on outstanding debts owed by customers or clients. Raising timely invoice to customers. Following up for the payments and collecting the payment.

2. Communication: They must communicate with customers or clients to negotiate payment plans, provide payment reminders and answer any questions they may have.

3. Customer service: They must provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and collecting outstanding debts.

4. Reporting and record keeping: They need to maintain accurate records of collections, including payment schedules, balances, and customer contact information on while collecting outstanding debts.

5. Compliance and regulations: They need to ensure that all collections activities are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements

6. Team management: They are required to manage and motivate a team of collections professionals

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
