**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated **Telecollection Executive** to manage and recover outstanding payments from customers through professional communication. The role involves making outbound calls, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers to remind them of pending payments and recover overdue amounts.
- Follow up on delinquent accounts and negotiate payment plans.
- Maintain a record of all collection activities in the system.
- Handle customer queries related to payments and resolve disputes professionally.
- Achieve monthly collection targets and adhere to compliance guidelines.
- Work closely with the accounts and legal team to manage difficult cases.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Identify high-risk accounts and escalate as required.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in collections, telecalling, or customer service.
- **Skills Required**:

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle difficult customers and remain calm under pressure.
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
