Prior experience in the printing industry is **not required**. However, the role demands a strong understanding of computers, a willingness to learn on the job, and basic familiarity with design software such as **CorelDRAW**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate digital print and finishing equipment in accordance with production schedules
- Handle design files for print jobs, including basic adjustments and layout preparation
- Ensure jobs are executed as per specifications with attention to quality and accuracy
- Maintain daily production records and follow internal work procedures
- Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of assigned equipment
- Coordinate with the production and design teams for smooth workflow execution
- Comply with safety, cleanliness, and quality standards across all tasks
- Comfortable working with computers and production software
- Basic working knowledge of **CorelDRAW, MS Office** or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
- Physically capable of handling print media and machine setup tasks
- Able to work independently and manage time efficiently in a production environment
- A proactive attitude and willingness to undergo on-the-job training
