Have you ever worked as an **Freight Broker**?

If yes, we need you onboard We have a job opening for an experienced Brokers. (**Experience required**: 6 months +).

**Timings**: 06:30 pm IST to 03:30 am IST

**Location**: Mohali (on-site)

**Our expectations**:
Minimum Qualification Required: Graduation

**We expect you to have**:
Fluency in spoken english

Excellent communication skills

Team management skills

**The job description for the role**:

- Generating leads and attracting new prospects, and developing a sales pipeline.
- Identifying and selecting reputable and safe carriers for freight services.
- Providing customers with shipping quotes.
- Booking orders with carriers.
- Assisting to prepare carriers for loads.
- Tracking status of loads.
- Collaborating with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to manage scheduled collections and drop-offs.
- Keeping accurate records of relevant activities.
- Updating customers on the status of shipments, and assisting with other inquiries.
- Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in the transportation marketplace.
- Responsible for troubleshooting any concern related to international freight transportation
- Work with existing transportation suppliers on optimal delivery rate and routing
- Direct and follow-up with incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure prompt delivery to customers
- Responsible for utilizing logistics IT systems or software to optimize procedures
- Responsible for planning and tracking the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
