We are a global organization with 360+ professionals ensuring high-quality delivery and customer experience._ - _ **Team Description**: As an Associate in the Operational Excellence team, you will be a part of the PS Operations team, which collaborates with various stakeholders, including Project Managers, the Sales Team, Quote to Cash, and Project Governors. The team's primary responsibility is to ensure and enhance the overall quality of all global projects by enforcing compliance with Basware's processes and procedures through audits and compliance checks. **Key Role Responsibilities** ("Your Contribution"): In this role, you will have the following key responsibilities: - Executing project administrative tasks to facilitate seamless project operations, encompassing handover to support and formal project closure. - Sending project satisfaction surveys and analyzing the feedback received. - Engaging in survey listening activities (for projects & CR’s) and generating actionable insights based on the feedback received. - Handling of CR packages (PV allocations & billing posts) - Controlling and Compliance: Execute outcome-driven controlling and compliance-related tasks and propose and implement development initiatives to enhance project performance. - Internal Communication: When appropriate, communicate progress and goals to internal audiences, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization. - Reporting: Generate various reports to assist internal stakeholders & regional leads. - _ **Skills & Requirements**: **Skills**: To excel in this role, we expect you to have the following skills and qualifications: - Experience: 1+ years of relevant business, solution, or industry experience. - MS Office: Expertise in using Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Language: Proficient in written and spoken English to effectively communicate with global stakeholders. - SDLC & Agile: Basic knowledge and understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. - Self-Motivated: Demonstrate self-motivation, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement. - Multitasking and Communication: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. - Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills to assess project progress and identify areas for improvement. **About the company****: Basware is how finance leaders in global enterprises can finally automate their complex, labor-intensive invoice processes and stay compliant with regulatory change.
