Brij International (P) Ltd is seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Computer Operator cum Telecaller. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining effective communication with our associates and clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operating computer systems and peripheral equipment.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Managing and updating databases accurately.
- Generating reports and maintaining records of telephonic interactions.
- Providing administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Ensuring data confidentiality and security.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve organizational goals.
- Assisting with general office duties and tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a computer operator or telecaller is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) will be an added advantage.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
