Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Chandigarh, India. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining loan products and services, and assisting clients in the application process. Other responsibilities include maintaining a customer database, following up with clients, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales
  • Ability to explain financial products and services clearly
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance or related field is a plus
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
