Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company products or services.

- Engage prospects in a friendly and professional manner, with the goal of generating interest and setting up appointments or meetings.

2. Lead Generation:

- Identify and qualify potential leads through telephonic conversations.

- Gather information about customer needs, preferences, and purchasing intentions.

3. Product/Service Promotion:

- Clearly and effectively articulate the features and benefits of the products or services offered by the company.

- Answer customer queries and provide additional information as needed.

4. Appointment Setting:

- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team with interested prospects.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.

5. Follow-up Calls:

- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.

- Keep customers informed about new products, promotions, or updates.

6. Database Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the database.

- Regularly update customer information and ensure data integrity.

7. Customer Feedback:

- Gather feedback from customers regarding their experience with the company's products or services.

- Report customer feedback to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.

8. Achieving Targets:

- Meet or exceed assigned targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve overall business goals.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be a plus.

- Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles.

Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Convincing and persuasive abilities.

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and maintaining records.

- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
