About the Role
: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Category Associate – Footwear to support our product and category operations. You will assist with product listings, track launches, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product availability and smooth operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with relevant internship experience who are looking to kickstart their career in e-commerce or merchandising.

Responsibilities
:

  • Assist in website product listings and ensure accurate product information.
  • Create and manage EAN codes for new articles.
  • Monitor delivery timelines to ensure products are available on schedule.
  • Maintain and update the product launch tracker.
  • Support GRN (Goods Receipt Note) updates and related documentation.
  • Analyze product performance and history to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product launches and category operations.

Qualifications
:

  • 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, product management, or e-commerce (footwear preferred).
  • Understanding of e-commerce operations and category management.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making.
