**Role Description**:

- **User Assistance**:Providing technical support to users with hardware, software, and peripherals, including troubleshooting and resolving problems.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnosing and resolving basic computer hardware and software problems.
- **Network Administration**: Assisting with basic network tasks, such as troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- **Security**: Monitoring the lab for potential security risks and addressing issues.
- **Equipment Inventory**: Maintaining accurate records of lab equipment and supplies.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:Maintaining the working order of lab equipment, including troubleshooting, minor repairs, and ensuring proper functioning of printers and scanners.
- **Lab Operations**:Supervising the use of the lab, enforcing procedures, and ensuring the cleanliness of the lab environment.
- **Documentation**:Creating and maintaining documentation for lab procedures, software, and equipment.
- **Student Work Study Management**:Managing and supervising student work study programs in the lab.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree / Master's Degree in Computers.
- Understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- 3 years of minimum experience in a similar role.
- MS Office knowledge (mandatory)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in the education industry preferred.
