**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Educational Qualification**:
M.Pharm in **Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Medicinal Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Analysis** / **Pharmaceutical Cognosy / Medicinal Cognosy**with First Class.
(Ph.D. preferred as per UGC/PCI norms or willingness to pursue doctoral research.)
- **Experience**:
1-3 years of teaching/research/industry experience in pharmaceutical chemistry or related fields.
Fresh postgraduates with excellent academic performance may also be considered.
- **Technical Skills**:
○ Proficiency in handling lab instruments such as HPLC, UV Spectrophotometer, FTIR, etc.

○ Knowledge of organic synthesis, drug design techniques, and analytical methods.

○ Understanding of pharmacopoeial standards and ICH guidelines.

**Desirable Qualities**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exposure to outcome-based education (OBE) and Bloom’s taxonomy.
- Research publications in UGC-CARE / Scopus / SCI-indexed journals.
- Participation in faculty development programs (FDPs), workshops, or industry collaborations.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
