
Marketing and Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to target government offices and other potential customers.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within target organizations to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to ensure a steady flow of leads and opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and potential new markets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve sales and marketing efforts.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our products/services and expand our reach.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a focus on generating leads and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and prospects.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
