**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Field Sales (Door-to-Door)**:

- Conduct door-to-door sales to promote educational products or services, focusing on reaching potential clients in target areas.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain a deep understanding of NEET, IIT, and foundation-level courses, as well as the specific offerings for Class 9th and 10th.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the educational programs, including how they can help students prepare for competitive exams.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build strong relationships with prospective customers, addressing their queries and offering personalized educational solutions based on their needs.
- Ensure follow-up with potential clients and close sales effectively.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, focusing on generating new leads and converting them into long-term customers.
- Track performance metrics and report progress to the sales manager.
- **Market Research & Feedback**:

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback to the product development or marketing team to improve services and customer engagement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)
