Job Title: Sales / Front Office Executive

Salary: INR 15,000/- to 20,000/- per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales / Front Office Executive to join our real estate team. This role involves handling front desk responsibilities, attending to client inquiries and supporting the sales team by coordinating customer visits, maintaining records and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

#Front Office Management:

* Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.

* Answer, screen and forward incoming calls; handle basic inquiries.

* Maintain the reception area to ensure a tidy and professional environment.

* Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier services.

#Sales Support & Client Coordination:

* Assist the sales team in handling client inquiries via phone, email and in person.

* Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team and clients.

* Provide information about available properties and company offerings.

* Follow up with potential clients post site visits or meetings.

#Administrative Duties:

* Maintain client databases, update inquiry trackers and manage appointment logs.

* Prepare and manage documentation, brochures and property details.

* Coordinate with internal departments like marketing, legal and CRM teams.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing or a related field (preferred).

* 1–3 years of experience in front office or sales support (real estate experience is an advantage).

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

* Fluency in English and local language.

* Presentable, polite and customer service oriented.

Preferred Skills:

* Knowledge of real estate market trends and terminology.

* Experience using CRM tools or property management software.

* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
