IT Lab Technician

To be qualified for this role, you should hold a degree in a relevant field, like Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering. Microsoft or similar certification is a plus. If you’re naturally a helper, enjoy assisting people with computer issues and are able to explain technical details simply, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will be a person our employees trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.

**Responsibilities**
- Monitoring Labs Assets & Prepare accurate systems & software’s daily inventory of all Labs and share weekly reports to the IT Department.
- Maintain daily lecture wise labs & systems allocation register.
- Insure weekly LABS wise systems cleaning and maintenance activity
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
- Ask end users targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
- Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
- Ensure all issues are properly logged, Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (IT Department)
- Follow up with users to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
