**Job Title**: Global IT Recruiter
**Location**: Hyderabad, India

**Job Summary**:

- Responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions with US-based clients.
- Strong understanding of US hiring practices, visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, etc.), and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and recruit IT professionals for clients in the US via job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
- Work on contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
- Understand tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099) and employment types.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with US employment laws and immigration policies (H1B, OPT, TN, EAD, GC, USC, etc.).
- Coordinate with US-based Account Managers, clients, and consultants.

**Key Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of US staffing, work authorizations (H1B, GC, TN, OPT, CPT, etc.), and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Experience using job boards like Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in US time zones (Night Shift in India).
- Experience recruiting for software developers, cloud engineers, cybersecurity experts, DevOps, data scientists, etc.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience working in a US staffing agency.
- Strong understanding of technology stacks (Java,.NET, Cloud, DevOps, AI, etc.).
- Ability to handle bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
