**Role Description**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Job Postings**: Assist with creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring they are accurate and engaging.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the recruitment field.
- Previous internship or experience in recruitment is a plus, but not required.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Recruiting/Bench Sales: 3 years (required)
Shift availability:
- Night Shift (preferred)
Work Location: In person
