**Position**: Co-Founder (with Investment)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join Indlead as a co-founder and contribute to our ambitious growth plans.

**Key Highlights of the Role**:

- **Investment Requirement**: Equity dilution capped at a maximum of 15%.
- **Client Base**: Over 70+ active clients with a consistent repeat business ratio.
- **Revenue**: Generating ₹2,00,000+ per month with a scalable business model.
- **Growth Opportunity**: The company is profitable and ready to expand operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive and enhance the company's growth through strategic initiatives.
- Oversee and improve the performance of Google Ads campaigns.
- Collaborate on business decisions to optimize operations and expand the client base.
- Leverage your expertise to ensure continued client satisfaction and retention.
- Actively contribute to financial planning and the scaling process.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in managing and optimizing **Google Ads** campaigns.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business growth and scalability.
- Strong understanding of the lead generation market and digital marketing trends.
- Willingness to invest and contribute to the company’s capital.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to work collaboratively with the founder and team.
