**Key Responsibilities**:
Creative Design Development:

- Conceptualize and create innovative fabric designs with a focus on ethnic women’s wear reflecting the grandeur of India’s old-time Raja-Maharaja fashion.

Fabric Expertise:

- Leverage an in-depth understanding of various fabrics to craft designs that are both practical and luxurious.

Artistic Aesthetic Work: Execute designs with a high degree of artistic sensibility, ensuring they resonate with the brand’s ethos.Customer Coordination:

- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and deliver designs that meet or exceed their expectations.

Sample Creation:

- Design and produce prototypes/samples that showcase creativity and technical excellence.

Design Mining: Research and gather inspiration from heritage designs, patterns, and modern trends to innovate new concepts.Schiffli Unit Operations:

- Work seamlessly with the Schiffli unit team to bring designs to production with precision and quality.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

Creativity:

- A natural flair for crafting unique and visually striking designs.

Fabric Knowledge:
Artistic Sensibility:

- A deep understanding of artistic and cultural aesthetics.

Technical Strength:

- Ability to develop and execute complex designs.

Coordination Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with customers and internal teams.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in designing ethnic wear or working with traditional Indian têxtiles is a plus.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
