**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a co-founder with experience in designing apparel to join us on a profit-sharing basis. As a co-founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the aesthetic and direction of our brand. You will be responsible for creating designs that reflect our values of sustainability, quality, and innovation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the founding team to develop the brand's aesthetic and product offerings.
- Design and develop sustainable apparel collections that align with our brand values and target market.
- Research current fashion trends and integrate them into our designs while maintaining a unique brand identity.
- Source eco-friendly materials and suppliers for production.
- Oversee the production process to ensure quality and sustainability standards are met.
- Contribute to marketing and promotional efforts to build brand awareness and drive sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in apparel design, preferably in the sustainable fashion sector.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative vision.
- Knowledge of sustainable materials, production methods, and supply chain practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for making a positive impact.

**Compensation**:
This is a co-founder position with a profit-sharing arrangement. You will receive a 50% share of the profits generated by the business.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Commission, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
