Job Title: Commercial Executive / Manager

Department: Commercial & Finance

Reporting To: CFO

Location: Chennai

Industry: Retail / IT Products & Services

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Fintech & Payment System Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact for coordination and liaison with fintech service providers such as Pine Labs, Benow, UPI partners, Amex Cards, and other payment aggregators.

Ensure smooth integration and functionality of payment systems across all stores.

Follow up on payment settlement issues, dispute resolution, and technical escalations with vendors.

2. Commercial Rentals & Property Management:
Liaise with mall management, property owners, and legal teams for rental agreements of existing and upcoming store locations.

Handle documentation, renewals, negotiations, and compliance related to store lease/rental agreements.

Maintain a calendar and ensure timely execution of all commercial contracts and related payments.

3. Store Coordination for Finance & Accounts:
Act as the finance liaison for store-level operational issues including cash management, invoice submissions, daily sales data, and petty cash reconciliation.

Coordinate with store managers for timely submission of financial data and compliance with internal accounting policies.

Support the finance team in ensuring audit readiness and adherence to internal controls.

4. Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain organized records of contracts, correspondence, and approvals related to rentals, fintech platforms, and commercial transactions.

Assist in ensuring regulatory and statutory compliance in all commercial transactions.

Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance or Operations preferred)

Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role in retail, fintech, or commercial operations.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), with working knowledge of financial software or ERP preferred.

Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

**Soft Skills Required**:
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational ability.

Proactive approach and ownership mindset.

Ability to coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders professionally.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
