**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **CRM System Management**:

- Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate customer data.
- Implement CRM strategies to support the commercial department’s sales goals.
- Ensure timely data entry and the smooth integration of new data sources into the CRM system.
- Monitor CRM activities to ensure efficiency and resolve issues as they arise.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design personalized campaigns that align with commercial objectives.
- Assist in the development and execution of customer engagement programs and promotional activities.
- Track customer interactions, analyze feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:

- Generate regular reports on customer behaviors, sales trends, and CRM activities.
- Provide insights to the commercial team to optimize customer engagement and sales performance.
- Track and report on the success of CRM-driven campaigns, recommending adjustments based on results.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure CRM systems align with organizational goals.
- Provide CRM support during commercial projects, ensuring consistency and continuity of customer data.
- Help in identifying commercial opportunities based on customer feedback and CRM data.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions.
- Ensure that CRM practices are in line with the company’s overall business strategy.
- Stay updated with the latest CRM trends and technologies, providing recommendations for system enhancements.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in CRM management or a similar role, ideally in a commercial or sales-driven environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the commercial or B2B sector.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and customer segmentation strategies.
- Experience in customer lifecycle management and retention strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
